About Us

C & C Yard Care was founded in 1985 by Chris Corigliano and Pat Cacucciolo.  The high school team enjoyed earning extra money in the summer months mowing lawns for North Spokane homeowners.  Their ideas were simple.  Provide quality service at a fair price.  Above all, be honest, dependable and friendly with clients.   Give the customer a little more than was expected.  With these simple business goals business flourished.

In 1989, Pat left the company to pursue other interests.  As time passed Chris added new services to satisfy customer requests of having one contractor for all their landscape needs.  Pruning, thatching and shrub bed service were added first.  A complete spraying and core aeration service came next.  The business continued to grow by offering landscape maintenance for commercial clients.  In 1997, landscape and irrigation services were offered.

Today, C & C Yard Care provides both residential and commercial grounds maintenance, landscaping and snow removal service for thousands of clients in the Spokane area each year.  Our experienced landscape design and install teams have completed hundreds of exciting projects.  Our commercial maintenance department cares for dozens of apartment homes, office building and commercial sites near you.  Come see what we can do for you!
